Refund policy
You get it, right? We’re a small business. Danny and I are paddling hard to run the business, ourselves. So in most cases, sales are final.
Of course, we’ll accept returns or exchanges if you received product from us if it was damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We love it when you’re happy!
If we got your order wrong, or if shipping gremlins messed us up, here’s what to do:
Email flynkcostello@gmail.com (I read all of my email myself.) Please do this within 30 days of your order date.
We’ll respond within 24 hours. We want to work with you to make it right! If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
